“Il personale e` molto gentile e l'albergo e` carino. L'albergo e` su una strada molto trafficata, per cui non e` molto silenzioso. Sono rimasto due giorni; il secondo giorno c'e` stata una piccola incomprensione: la donna delle pulizie mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno dei suoi servizi per cambiare asciugamani, ecc. Io pensavo intendesse proprio solo gli asciugamani, per cui ho risposto di no (per motivi ecologici, evito di farmi cambiare gli asciugamani tutti i giorni negli alberghi), invece non...

“Very clean, modern and fun room design, my daughter loved the bunk beds! The pool and other amenities like the barbeques were great! Staff were super friendly and the hotel was right on the beach. Close to Fort Myers for entertainment but in a more peaceful, exclusive spot with a nicer beach, perfect for families.”

“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“Very nice room, but was advertised as an "entire home" ... with the pictures online and the phrase "entire home" led me to believe i was renting a beach house when in fact i was renting a "suite" 1 of 3 in the building pictured online. I called the day after check in about the hot water being "luke warm", stayed 4 nights and that problem was not rectified. The room was clean and everything appeared to be somewhat new.
